All tickets for Guiseley Sounds are non-refundable, except in the event that the festival is fully cancelled.

If the festival is cancelled, you will receive a full refund of the ticket face value (booking and transaction fees are non-refundable).

 

If the festival is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will automatically carry over and remain valid for the new date. No action is required from you.

 

Please note:

•Tickets cannot be refunded due to personal circumstances (including travel issues, illness, or clashes).

•Lost or tampered wristbands cannot be replaced.

•Artist line-up changes do not qualify for refunds.
